v0.9.6

Tenant query

Find out which organisation (tenant) a mobile line or a service belongs to, and its status, from its identifier. The screen is read-only: it does not change anything.

Open Tenant query in Admin →

Search for a mobile line

  1. In the side menu, open Discovery › Tenant query.
  2. In Subscription type, leave Mobile.
  3. In Search type, choose MSISDN (the phone number) or IMSI (the SIM identifier).
  4. Type the number in the MSISDN or IMSI field. An MSISDN has 9 digits and starts with 6 or 7, with no prefix or spaces.
  5. Click Search.

Search for another type of service

  1. In Subscription type, choose Device Insurance, Energy, Gas, Netflix, Security, or TV. The Search type field disappears.
  2. Type the identifier in Service ID.
  3. Click Search.

If you change the subscription type or the search type after typing an identifier, the field is cleared.

After each search, the search is kept in the page address (?searchForm=…). Opening that link runs the search again. The link includes the identifier: share it only with people allowed to see it.

Read the result

The table shows one row with the line or service found. The Org column is the organisation it belongs to and Status is its current status. The columns change with the subscription type: see Reference.
